Aston Hotels & Resorts (now operating as Aqua-Aston Hospitality) and Castle Resorts & Hotels, followed by leadership roles at Aloha Air Cargo, where his responsibilities extended into business development, inside sales, and customer service operations. Most recently, he served as a senior marketing and communications department head at Hawaii Dental Service (HDS), overseeing integrated communications, marketing, promotions and program development efforts within a highly regulated healthcare environment. 

 

Today, alongside his role as Marketing & Research Manager at Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, Michael concurrently operates his boutique consultancy, MO‘OROZCO, LLC.

Through MO‘OROZCO, LLC, he applies this flexibility and scale – supporting projects that range from lean, resource-conscious efforts to large, multi-million-dollar campaigns requiring coordination and long-range planning.
